Refund policy
Life Roots Wellness (“Life Roots Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) welcomes you. We’re excited to have you with us and that you’ve decided to access and use our online services (the “Services”), which are made available to you through our website located at https://www.liferootswellness.com (the “Website”).
Refunds
Refunds: We’re sure you’re going to love using Life Roots Wellness, but if you’re not happy for any reason within 30 days of purchase, simply send us an email to info@liferootsnc.com.
Returns: Life Roots Wellness offers free returns on all products purchased at https://www.liferootswellness.com (no other websites or stores) within 30 days of purchase. Products must be returned unused, unopened and in perfect condition. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package as well as any original packaging.
Please note when you return products for a refund of the purchase price, a 25% restocking fee is charged. If you choose to exchange your products, no restocking fee will be charged.
Life Roots Wellness does not accept any international returns (outside of the United State of America).
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria. If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed within 15 business days and applied to the original method of payment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
