Our packages are shipped via USPS Economy, USPS Standard, UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and DHL Express. Packages are delivered between 2-10 business days after ordering. In the event of shipping delays, please expect to be contacted by a representative of our Life Roots Wellness team.

Free USPS ground shipping is available on all orders $80+. All subscription orders receive free shipping.
